At RASA JEWELS, we value your trust and satisfaction with our handcrafted jewellery. Each piece is carefully curated and checked before dispatch, but in the rare case of an issue, we have a clear replacement and refund policy.

Replacement Policy

• Returns are not allowed.

• We only offer replacement of products, and requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.

• Replacement will be approved only in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Item Received – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

  2. Damaged or Defective Product – If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases of wrong item or damaged item after a verification process through video call.

• Once verified and approved, the refund will be credited to your RASA JEWELS website credit wallet within 4 working days of your request.

• This wallet balance can be used for future purchases on our website.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1. Contact us at 📧 info@rasajewel.in within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Our team will arrange a video verification call to confirm the issue.

3. Once approved, you will either:

   • Receive a replacement piece, or

   • Have the amount credited to your website wallet (in case of refund).

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
